Telefónica's commitment is one of these examples to follow by introducing flexibility to its modus operandi in an extraordinary way. Since April 2021, they have been relying on the hybrid model, which is the most important pillar of their Return Plan. 

For the management of a model that balances telework, office and capacity, technology is a fundamental tool and the company's main commitment. The system they use is hot desking supported by the Bookker application, which does not require external devices or QR codes.
